The information you enter into this intake form, plus basic metadata (the time you visited, the country your browser reports).
Where we store it
On encrypted servers in the Singapore region (the closest data centre to Sydney available via Railway). Backed up daily. Encrypted at rest.
Who we share it with
Nobody, unless you sign an engagement letter — at which point we share the locked brief with the licensed real estate agent partner who acts on your behalf. We never sell data. We never share with third parties for marketing.
How to remove your data
Write to hello@858visa.com and we will permanently delete all information associated with your email address within 30 days, as required by the Australian Privacy Principles.
